If you are also convinced of the added value of land and are open to investing in one or more of our plots, the four steps below will be followed.

  • 1. Purchase Agreement and Compliance

    After the digital presentation on the phone, the advisor will note down the investment discussed with you, together with your name, address, city and contact details. After the conversation, we will then draw up the purchase agreement and this will be offered to you digitally by an employee of LandPartners, who will then call you to verify your details and the agreements made.

  • 2. Signing the purchase agreement

    During the appointment, the chosen proposition will be reviewed with you again and there will be every opportunity to answer all your questions. The purchase agreement will also be reviewed with you in detail.

  • 3. Notary creates the file

    LandPartners sends the signed agreement to the notary who will then start preparing the file. First, you will receive confirmation from the notary that your agreement has been received in good order.

  • 4. Approval and transfer

    Only when the notary in charge has received all documents from you, including your approval, and you have transferred the funds to the notary's escrow account, will the notary proceed with the transfer of the plot of land into your name.
